Top of the World Coffee was founded in 2007 by long-term Mennonite Mission Network workers, Bethsaba and Dale Nafziger. They currently have 10 staff and have a vision for growth.
Postion Description: Culinary Arts Intern
The need is for a Western cook/advisor--both in the kitchen and also on the shop floor. Teach how to prepare western style food for a mostly expat clientele. Also, the intern will need to model engaging in dialog with customers when trying out new menu items.
Qualifications: Culinary art skills in Western cooking.
Servant-Leadership skills--to effectively walk alongside and empower current staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills--to effectively communicate with cafe customers to gain real-time feedback.
Holistic witness skills--seeing the application of God-given culinary skills and human relationship talent within the context of holistic mission.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
