Fairhaven is a retreat centre that provides a space for renewal for Christian leaders. The primary focus is on serving those who are leaders in church, mission and para-church ministries. Currently the village consists of five cottages, two staff residences, a maintenance shop, a lodge and six RV sites. Fairhaven is situated on 167 acres, 15 minutes outside the city of Vernon, B.C. It sits on Silver Star Mountain overlooking the Okanagan Valley. Volunteer opportunities may include: construction, maintenance, landscaping, or housekeeping. Lodging: Six fully serviced camping/RV sites are available on site, as well as a small washroom with a shower in the maintenance shop.
