The After-School Program Assistant is based at the Community School and provides assistance to BPNC's Resource Coordinator, who manages the community school programs. The Program Assistant's job responsibilities will range from mentoring students to more administrative tasks like data entry. Under the supervision of the Resource Coordinator, the Program Assistant will help coordinate monthly community events like holiday parties, movie nights, health fairs, etc. The program assistant will also help encourage positive participation of all students in daily activities and events. This may include working with students one-on-one or in small groups to develop and strengthen their academic, physical, and social skills.

Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Ability to work evening hours and some Saturdays.
