Family Promise is dedicated to serving families with children experiencing housing instability. Volunteers directly support the families staying at the New Promise Family Shelter. Specific duties include explaining programs, completing intakes, answering telephones, monitoring guest activities, guest support, referrals as needed, and light housekeeping.
