Jackson City Farm grows healthy, chemical-free food and then makes sure it is available to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. JCF does this on abandoned, blighted, or unused land in areas other folks have given up on. JCF believes they can turn the scraps others left behind into something beautiful and productive. JCF interns plant, weed, harvest and distribute food. They invite neighbors to help and learn how to grow their own food. They help children and youth make the connection between the food they eat and where it comes from.
